We are always adding new lines to our stock. All items are checked and sent extremely well packed to avoid any transportation damages. We will, therefore, treat your purchase professionally and promptly. All customers will be sent an invoice with the VAT number and our full address and contact information.

Secure Payment over the Phone:

We are authorized to accept card payments over the phone and we prefer if you can pay this way for a quicker delivery. Call us on 0141 5562362 between 10:00am to 5:30pm or leave a message any time stating your name and phone number and we will be very happy to phone you back during business hours. We will ONLY ship to the registered/confirmed address of the card holder, with NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not email to deliver to different address. If you want delivery to a different or unconfirmed address then we suggest you pay by postal order, bankers draft or cheque.

Cheques, postal orders and bankers drafts:

We also accept cheques, postal orders and bankers draft. Please make these payable to NewHomeworld LTD and be sure to put the item number and your details on the reverse of the cheque and send the copy of your invoice so that we can process your order as quickly as possible. Please allow seven working days for cheque clearance. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of bounced cheque.

Postage Cost:

We are offering you FREE UK MAINLAND delivery.

Delivery charges also depend on the size and weight of the packaged consignment and destination; this will be displayed at the checkout.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. All postage costs are for UK mainland only.

Buyers from Northern Ireland, Islands and Scottish highlands & Zone 2, to confirm postage cost please contact us before the purchase. Due to additional charges imposed by couriers for deliveries to Scottish highlands, off shore Islands and Northern Ireland; a surcharge may be levied to cover carriage to these areas.

We advise the customers to contact for a final postage fee before finalizing the orders. The surcharge may not apply to small items being sent via Royal mail. Please email item details first for postage quote. Where possible we will try our best to avoid courier service for surcharge areas.

We would also like emphasis that although these areas are indeed part of UK but due to high cost of shipping and distance transportation, couriers charge surcharge which we have no control over. More details can be found by contacting any UK courier companies or on their websites.

If you have already made a purchase without reading the instructions/terms of sale and wish to cancel the order please let us know. Since we fully understand the situation and do agree that it might not be feasible in some cases, a full refund on request will be issued right away. If you wish to continue with the purchase, please send the postage balance.

Shipping:

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2-7 working days of receiving your cleared funds, but during busy times this may be extended. In event of a very unlikely slight delay, your patience would be much appreciated. Items are sent via Royal Mail, Parcelforce, APC Overnight, Interlink Express and DPD. Please note for large parcels deliveries will be made on a pallet service. Parcels sent with the couriers will only be collected and delivered Monday to Friday excluding holiday periods.

Tracking Number:

We will email a tracking number for most items sent with the courier. After the item dispatch email confirmation' if you do not receive the item within 2 to 3 working days please contact the courier or royal mail to check the delivery status or to arrange delivery/collection. If you do not receive the tracking number please email us immediately to obtain one and if you prefer a specific courier or a delivery service please email us before the purchase for a confirmation and quote.

Failed Deliveries:

If a parcel is returned undelivered due to the wrong/incomplete address provided or customer not available to accept delivery, the customer will be held responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel to us. This amount will have to be received by us as well as the cost of re-sending your item before your parcel is re-dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for the negligence of independent couriers or delivery person.

Refunds:

No Quibble Money Back Promise: Shop with absolute confidence knowing that if you are not satisfied for any reason we will issue refund including postage providing you return your purchase at your own cost via track able service. We must be notified of the return within seven days of receipt of goods and Item must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of goods. Items must be returned unused, unopened, in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were sent. Use or damage to any products will result in return being refused.

Damage Goods:

Please note that all orders must be checked on delivery, if there are any visible signs of damage this must be noted by you and the delivery driver, and advise us immediately. Failure to do so may render any claim invalid. This may mean unpacking the goods before the driver leaves. No claim can be accepted for deliveries that have not been checked and signed for as in good condition, or for deliveries that are signed for as unchecked. All insured items damaged in transit will be replaced. No refund will be given. If we do not have the item in stock, you will be refunded in full.

The item will only be considered lost once it is accepted by the courier or royal mail as missing, this can take at least 21 days.
